What payment methods are available to pay for washing and drying?

Card or   Mobile payment only, Wash Ezee is a fully cashless Laundromat and designed   this way to make it more convenient and safer for the customer.

How do I get a receipt when I have paid with my bank card?

Accepted Answer

Once   you've paid for your wash or drying, click on the receipt required and enter   your email address.Your receipt will   be automatically sent to your email.

Do you have SMS alert option?

Yes,   simply touch "yes" when asked if you want SMS reminder and then   enter your mobile number as prompted.

What is the capacity of the washing machines?

We have   2x 9kg (aprox. 2 baskets), 2x 15kg (approx. 3 baskets), 2x 20kg (approx. 4x   baskets), 2x 27kg (approx 6 baskets) and 1x 15kg Pet blanket/bedding washer.

Wash Program 2: Warm wash 40°C
Wash Program 3: Hot wash 65°C
Wash Program 4: Heavy Soil 65°C

How long do the machines take to wash?

Depending on machine Cold-Hot is anywhere from 24-35 minutes. Heavy Soil washers are anywhere from 35-55 minutes

How full do I fill the washers?

We   recommend filling machines until there is not less then aproximately 15cm   from laundry to top of drum.You   clothes should achieve a fall from the approximately 12 o'clock to 4 o'clock   position.This helps the Washer to   bash the dirt out on impact at bottom of the drum.

What makes our Washer Eco Fiendly?

Our washer soaps and softener are hydrocarbon and phosphate free. These have been designed by the Truclean company in Brisbane.The commercial washers and dryers are designed to do loads more efficiently using less water   and electricity per kg of laundry then your standard home washing machine of dryer.

Do I have to bring my own detergent?

Not at all, the washers at Wash Ezee automatically inject their own detergent during the wash cycle.

Can I add my own fabric softeners?

All our washers already self inject their own softener that is sanitising and hypoallergenic.

Do you use a quality detergent and softener?

We use quality products provided by Truclean in Brisbane, designed and tested by   their onsite chemical engineer.

Is the free detergent working if there are no visible suds?

Our detergent is low sudding high cleaning product provided by Truclean.  Please don't be concerned if you don’t see a high suds it just means your items have absorbed the chemical and putting it to use.

Can I wash my Doona, comforter or big items?

Absolutely, with some of the biggest washers on the Sunshine Coast you won't have any trouble getting your doonas and comforters washed at Wash Ezee.

Can I wash Feather\Down Doona at Wash Ezee?

Accepted Answer

You can but please be aware that the feathers will clump together and will be required to be removed during the drying process several times to fluff the feathers.

Can I wash curtains in the machines?

As long as they fit in machine and any parts that are removable have been removed and manufacturers label has been followed.

As long as manufacturers label says that item can be washed in a tumble washer.

If you would like to you can but Wash Ezee takes no responsibility for the use of bleach in our machines.

Yes you can, as long as you use the dedicated pet washer only (washer #9)

Yes, for safety reasons the washers cannot be opened until the end of the cycle

We have 2x 21kg Dryers and 10x 14kg dryers

How full should I fill up the dryers?

Wash Ezee recommends to fill the dryers no more then 1/2 the drum.  This allows the air to make its way around all the clothes and dry more efficiently.

How long does it take to dry a load of laundry?

An dryer filled to the half way point of drum will take approximately take 36 minutes to dry on the high setting. Towels, Bamboo materials and lower temperature settings will take longer to dry.

Do I have to wait until the end of the drying cycle?

No, at anytime you can open the dryers to check on your laundry.  Just make sure to press the start button once you close the door to keep the cycle going.

Absolutely we have two double power point GPO's in the customer seating area for your convenience.

Yes you can, please be aware though that Wash Ezee takes no responsibility for items that go missing and as per signage other customers have the right to remove your items if finished and left unattended, if they need to use the washer or dryer.

Although we haven't seen anything stolen as yet, it is a possibility and why we always recommend to be in store to watch your laundry.

Machines are cleaned daily and because we used softener supplied by Truclean it has inbuilt sanitiser which means machines are sanitised with each wash cycle.
