Terms & Conditions

T's & C's

The services provided by Wash Ezee are subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of Wash Ezee services (“Services”) indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

Payment
The customer must complete payment of the agreed upon charges on or before the completion of the Services. All payments are non-refundable.

Inventory
Wash Ezee is not responsible for any items not listed on the order form. The Customer agrees to be bound by the content of the order form.

​

Garment Care
Wash Ezee will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high-quality cleaning service. Wash Ezee accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items with or without care instructions, or for dry clean only items, which are requested to be laundered by the Customer.  Wash Ezee accepts no liability for special care items that require special attention, including dry clean only items. Wash Ezee is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal cleaning procedures. Wash Ezee reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment. Wash Ezeef does not guarantee the removal of all stains. Wash Ezee is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item. The customer agrees not to leave such items in their clothing or in their laundry bags. Zippers behave unpredictably while cleaning. The Customer is notified that there is a possibility of zipper issues while following normal cleaning procedures, and Wash Ezee does not accept any liability for such issues.

Loss or Damage
Missing or damaged items must be reported to Wash Ezee at the time of delivery of your garments/linen. Failure to report the missing or damaged on delivery shall remove any liability of Wash Ezee for the missing or damaged item. In the event that any item is lost or damaged by Wash Ezee, Wash Ezee’s liability with respect to any damaged or lost items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Wash Ezee is not liable for any preexisting damage to a garment or other item and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it if any preexisting damage is found or if we have a concern about the colorfastness or the age or weakness of the fabric.

Uncollected Items
Wash Ezee reserves the right to dispose of any items not collected within 120 days of the date stated on the collection slip. Wash Ezee shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of items disposed of pursuant to this clause.

Use of Third-Party Service Providers
Wash Ezee reserves the right to utilize any outsources, vendor, or outside service provider for any service, without notice to the customer.

When you visit our website www.washezee.com.au, use our mobile application, use our Facebook application, and more generally, use any of our services, we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. Information automatically collected

 

In Short:  Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

 

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

  • Log and Usage Data. Information collected through our App

 

In Short:  We collect information regarding your geo-location, mobile device and push notifications.

 

If you use our App, we also collect the following information:

  • Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our App, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our App, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID and information about the features of our App you accessed.

  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

 

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

 

In Short:  We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

 

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

 

We use the information we collect or receive:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract. See the section below headed "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS" for further information.

  • To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Services that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact us at info@washezee.com.au and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.

  • Request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

  • To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user communications with each user's consent.

  • To manage user accounts. We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order.

  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

  • To protect our Services. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

  • To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

  • Fulfill and manage your orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.

  • Administer prize draws and competitions. We may use your information to administer prize draws and competitions when you elect to participate in our competitions.

  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may use your information to provide you with the requested service.

  • To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.

Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, pages or features, and better understand online activity.   • Offer Wall. Our App may display a third-party hosted "offer wall." Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear in our App and be displayed to you based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave our App. A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account with the relevant reward. Please note that we do not control third-party websites and have no responsibility in relation to the content of such websites. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website does not imply an endorsement by us of such website. Accordingly, we do not make any warranty regarding such third-party websites and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such websites. In addition, when you access any third-party website, please understand that your rights while accessing and using those websites will be governed by the privacy notice and terms of service relating to the use of those websites.

You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details provided at the end of this document.

 

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

 

In Short:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

 

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the start of idle period of the user's account.

 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Account Information

 

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please contact us and we will respond to your request within 30 days.

Linen Hire

These terms and conditions govern our relationship with you. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions which form the basis of your Linen Hire agreement and which you, as a customer, agree to by virtue of placing your order with Wash Ezee Laundromat. Upon entering into a hiring agreement with Wash Ezee Laundromat you are accepting our terms and conditions. We have the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice to you. In these terms and conditions, you are “the customer” and Wash Ezee Laundromat is “the provider”.

The provider maintains stringent quality control measures to ensure all linen hired is of the highest quality. The provider will make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. The provider will ensure the linen delivered is of a standard that will be crisp, clean, comfortable, hygienic and durable and will fulfil the agreed to requirements of the customer. By choosing to use our services, you are agreeing to indemnify us against any liability from a claim by a third party on you.

The customer will advise the provider immediately it becomes apparent if a product has not been delivered or is faulty on delivery. If a product arrives damaged in any way, or the customer believes the item(s) is not as described or agreed on, the provider will be notified in order to rectify this situation. The customer shall be solely responsible for the goods during the period of hire. During the period of hire the customer, or cleaners must never use any linen for the purposes of cleaning. If linen is used as cleaning cloths full replacement value of the items will be charged. Hire linen must never be washed. This is a strict condition of your hire agreement with us. Orders and changes in orders require forty-eight (48) hours written (email) notice. Customers or cleaners must email or text, prior to collection/delivery, if dirty linen will not be ready for collection on the delivery day. Failure to notify us will incur additional charges.

Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value (details of which are available on request). The provider will accept no substitute item. Damaged goods includes the following examples (but not limited to) 
those that have sustained burns, scorches, tears, defacement, concrete, ink and earth stains.  Damage does not include fair wear and tear. The customer agrees all charges for hire loss, damage and replacement will be paid and that all collection fees, legal fees or any expenses involved in the collection of these charges will be borne by the customer within seven (7) days of notification. Wash Ezee Laundromat's maximum hire period is 14 days. Therefore customers must return all hire linen to the provider within that 14 day period. Failure to do so will incur charges.

Payments

Pre pay customers must settle their accounts prior to the day of delivery. Customers  who are on seven (7) or fourteen (14) day accounts must settle their accounts within this time period.  Once an invoice becomes overdue Wash Ezee Laundromat reserves the right to; add a $10 late fee to the total of the invoice; change the customer to prepay; put the account on hold without notice; take immediate steps to recover outstanding debt, including the use of legal help where necessary; close the account. The provider will not refund or credit any items that have been pre-ordered and delivered to the customer should the customer decide the items are no longer needed.

Safety

The customer must advise the provider, in writing, of any toxic or hazardous substances that have been in contact with items being returned for laundering. The provider will refuse to accept such items if prior notification has not been received.

Cancellation

No charges will be incurred should cancellations be received 48 hours prior to delivery.
